Think Calm

When your body is under stress, you are more sussusceptible to the viral infectionsthat cause coughs, colds and flu. So, find ways to keep calm, unwind and stay healhty-like enjoying a relaxing massage, which helps keep your immune system in tip-top condition. This is what I usually do when I am under stress especially dealing with bad news and working hard to earn more.
