Winter Survival Kits

Here are a few more ways to increase your body's defences for a healthier winter.

1)TAKE MORE VITAMINS C
Eat lots of oranges and kiwi fruits, which are packed with vitamin C to help boost your immune system.

2)WRAP UP WARMLY
Dont you know that you may be able to catch a cold by getting cold? So make sureself snug before you brave the elements.

3)HUG YOUR HOTTIE
Keep a spare hot water bottle in the office to soothe aches and pains.

4)Healthy Snack Attack
For a handy, nutritious snack to munch at work, make up your own selection of mixed fruit, buts and seeds, packed full of essential fats and energy-giving nutrients.
