Bad Policing

Me and hubby were talking today about the boy who was hit and run in Daanbantayan Philippines, my hometown. Hubby can't believed how appalling our laws there and the policing are no good at all where they only work for the people who can afford for a bribery. It's truly outrageous thing to admit but what can I do but criticise such bad governmental service. I am so frustrated that people dont take care of the case properly and don't punish to those who did wrong in the community, that is why its easy to make a crime out there.

Anyway, I'll tell you about all the details alter but right now all I can do is vent out my frustration here in my online page.
