Wanted some Curtains Like this

Our sitting room will look elegant if we decorates or put up a some curtains like this. I have been searching for it but so far they are too much for my budget. So, I better start looking at Ebay and maybe I'll get lucky and find some cheaper deal. I should be able to as there'll be loads of choices. What do you think?

My Little Garden

I had two days in a row now that I have been cutting grassed in our garden. I planned to plants some flowers afterwards when the soil is ready. Right now I am still cultivating it and make it all soft before I sprinkles some seeds. Ohh, I am enjoying this new place of ours and it has been my long dream to have my own little garden and thanks to the hubby for making it all happen.

Mortgage

Oh, this is an old boring topic but I have to tell what my view on mortgage these days. As you all know we are desperate to move house but due to this sudden hit of high mortgage rates and the price of the house are shooting up so high as well, that certainly pushed people away to rather rent. Imagine, our flat is on the market for almost 7 months now and we still don't get any offer at all, if there is it would be a lower offer than our asking price. Current market is not great and not giving us a favour or chance to sell this place. If anything like, we will just get a buy to let mortgage instead and rent somewhere bigger for couple of years before we actually buy our own 4 bedrom house in the location where we want to be.

Hubby is so frustrated and could not wait to move. My in-laws are selling their house as well and pondering to go for a Commercial Mortgages. I have just read the current news about how the buy to let remain strong up to these days. So, I guess we have the right alternative choice if we don't get an offer anytime soon - we will just get a buy to let morgtage. This is the only that we can move as we that desperate for a space. We can just add our mortgage later if we are going to buy our own house in couple years time. We wish for a great deal mortgage rates and market price will shoot down a bit in 2 yrs time. We just have to wait and see but for now we really are in need to move to a bigger, bigger house.

Filipino Food Marathon

This week is pretty good for me, you know why? Its because hubby had been buying me loads and loads of filipino goodies, such as the vegetables, dried fish, pickled shrimps, tins of sardines, pancit cantoon, longganisa and more. I will share some pics later on.

I am really lucky that I have such a very thoughtful husband who tend to look after my needs first before him. He was in London for a meeting and soon he was done, he roamed around in London just to find this filipino store that everyone is talking about. And not long of searching he found it and bought me tons of goodies. I love it and since I've got all of the goodies, everyday I always cooked filipino food and seems my kids and hubby loved my cooking this time. I guess I am good at cooking filipino dishes only, lol.

I had cooked, pinakbet, ginaling, mongo soup, sauteed beens with corn beef and more. i'll share the pics, I promised.

House Selling Rant and Such

This morning when I send my little girl school, I got to met up my friends too. We had a chatted for 30 minutes before heading to each of our homes. On my way home I stopped by at the local outlet of branded handbags. I saw an LV one that is on sale but not as cheap as I can afford to. I would not want to pay x-hundreds of pounds just to buy an LV handbag with my own pocket money unless it's my husband expense, lol.

But I can't do a handbag right now especially LV because we are still saving more to buy us a bigger house in the near future. I can only dream unless hubby will buy it for me like he used to. I got few LV handbags from hubby's money, hehehe. They are still sealed and new that sometimes I even think of selling them before the value gets lower, lol. Unlike hubby's books the older it gets the value increases.

For now, I can think nothing but to sell our place. How I wish someone out there would generously offer with the asking price not a low one. So far, we only had one offer and they pulled out in the last minute. They even offer so low and after all they pulled out. But hubby was glad because he was doubting already and even regretting to sell it to a lower price. We maybe desperate to move but we are not that desperate to sell into £10,000 negative from the house value. No way! If thats the case, we would be happy to let it instead.

We need a Guest Beds

Right now, I been re-thinking about our summer trip to philippines. I am torn between the 2 season which one is the best time to go? Either this summer holiday so I could have a longer vacation or during Christmas, a shorter one? Gosh, if I have to choose I would go twice, lol. If only we are that free, I would definitely go this summer and on Christmas. My mum is already cleaning the Guest rooms as well as the Guest Beds for su to stay. How nice and kind of her.

Our trip is not yet definite, we will confirm it sooner otherwise my family will be disapointedly waiting if we dont arrived there in Summer. I keep changing my mind because thats the only time of the year I would like to stay here in England as I hate the rest of the year because of its cold and freezing weather. At the same time I can't wait to see my family again, so the sooner the better!

But, if ever we can't make it this summer then we would just like to get one of my sister over or my parents. Then on that case, we need a new bed for our guest room to be otherwise they will end up sleeping in the floor with our old and crappy guest bed. I am searching across the internet and found this unbeatable offers from time4sleep.co.uk and their beds are amazingly gorgeous. The picture shown below this paragraph would really be a perfect bed in our guest room. I love that bed, I could actually ask hubby to buy one for our bedroom too.

Sectional Garage is what we need!

We are likely to move out in August and I hope that would be it for ten years. Moving house can be so stressful especially taking heavy things with you. But for the better we had to since this place the we are currently living has no garage and garden. And having two kids of our own does requires a bigger space and a garden. Talking of moving, my in-laws are going to move too and are looking for a retirement house near by the sea. Its a good thinf for them but will not for us because we have loads of stuff on their garage and if they sell their house first we are surely stuff.

We are not sure where we could put all those furnitures and other bits of pieces we stored in my in-laws garages. But as they promised they will hire or rent a garage for us if their house will be sold. Such a kind offer, really. Anyway, when we get to our bigger place we will then have a garden and a garage of our own so there wont be any problem about storage spaces but it would be more spacious and organise if we will have one of this Sectional Garage so we could put things in place. On that reason we can easily find things when its needed. Meaning we had to spend another hundred of pounds to have a sectional garage unless we will find a cheaper store online that will give us a good deal. I'll try lidget since my friends recommmend it to us. I guess its worth a look. They're great apparently.

Dyson Vacuum Cleaner

What else could be a better gift this christmas to receive or to give than a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Yes I would be happy to receive one as we are in need to replace our old dated vacuum. Its a major pain in the head because it will not work for long like after 30 minutes it will stop and there I am unfinished. So annoying it is, you know.

However I am thinking to request a new one from hubby the one that works properly and I know that dyson is the place where we can buy the best top quality vacuum. It would be nice and quite exciting after my christmas party I would be able to tidy up the house and vacuum the sitting room straightforward without encountering a sudden stop problem like our current vacuum. So therefore a new dyson vacuum cleaner is one of my christmas wish and hope Santa is kind enough to make it come true.

I have many things to look forward next year and one of the is moving house by late january or early februay, either date. So many things to buy bed, mattress, sofa, curtains and poles. Too bad I didn't find a curtain that much their matresses cover but I should just keep browsing in terry's website since they have a fabric curtains available as well. Who know I might even get a discount. Would be great perhaps.
